Infrared Sauna

You can now book in to use our light therapy infrared sauna at Wellness Zone. This 2 person sauna comes fully equipped with Bluetooth speakers and aromatherapy oils so that you can relax in comfort!

The infrared lighting works in a completely different way to traditional saunas. The heat from the lamps focus on penetrating your skin from the inside out. The light therapy lighting means that you can alter the colour of the light to suit the needs of your body.

The sauna sessions are 20 minutes, plus time for changing.
